1. Georgia Canine Bark Park!

 
 

Georgia Canine Rescue’s Bark Park is a fully fenced and secure off-leash park. It is accessed by a secure pin to keep all registered patients safe, happy and healthy! It is accessibly 24/7 to registered parties!

All pups welcome! Want to sign up?! Stop by GCRR (235 MacThompson Rd. Cochran, GA 31014) and get your furkid signed up. Annual registration is $40 and proof of vaccinations must be provided to register.

2. Georgia Canine Classic Golf Tournament

 
 

On May 4th, 2024, we will be having our first Georgia Canine Classic Golf Tournament! This event will not only be a blast but also help us raise some much-needed funds to continue our missions! Participating in our golf tournament has many benefits beyond just improving your skills on the course. This event will provide unique opportunities for us to raise money for Georgia Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation in addition to connecting with people while allowing those involved to share stories, build relationships, and have fun socially! It’s a full day of festivities, with food and drink, a silent auction and raffle prizes! The tournament festivities are chock-full of sponsorship opportunities! Don’t miss the chance to make an impression and help our mission at this event! 3. GCRR’s Rescued Treasures ‘FALL’

 
 

GCRR’s Rescued Treasure volunteers have collected, sorted and priced donations of household items to raise money for Georgia Canine Rescue and Rehabs mission. This year we will hold our first annual fall sale! We are hoping to make this event a great fundraiser. Our warehouse is located at 203 MacThompson Rd. Cochran, Ga 31014 All the items are supplied by the donations of all our supporters, offering us a unique and wide variety of things.

Rescued Treasures is full of everything. We have household, antiques, dishware, furniture, books, rugs, decor, collectibles, and more!

This year we will host a 2-day sale event!

Our Fall Sale begins Saturday Nov. 2nd

The sale is open to the public, with free entry, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 2nd and from noon-3p.m. Sunday Nov. 3rd

If you have items you’d like to donate please feel free to drop off at our location and/or email for an appt. gcrr.a@yahoo.com (For a list of items we don’t take, please see below under the heading “Donate Year-Round!”)

DONATE YEAR-ROUND!

Donate your unwanted items to GCRR’s Rescued Treasures! Donations are tax-deductible and help us raise money to support Georgia Canine Rescues’ mission!

We take almost everything (this is NOT a complete list):

  • furniture (tables , chests of drawers, sofas, chairs, etc.);

  • china, silver, crystal;

  • rugs;

  • kitchen items (glassware/pots and pans/small appliances, china, etc.);

  • linens of all kinds;

  • children’s toys;

  • artwork and frames;

  • mirrors;

  • holiday decorations;

  • garden/outdoor items;

  • lamps and chandeliers;

  • sporting goods;

  • Books

  • Gentle Used and clean clothes

  • albums and CDs.

But we don’t take:

  • office furniture/supplies;

  • mattresses/box springs;

  • medical equipment (walkers, bathroom assistance tools, etc.);

  • out-of-date electronics (TVs, monitors, telephones, etc.);

  • torn, stained or broken furniture;

Rescued Treasures  is also offers after yard sale and estate sale clean outs. Simply reach out and we will schedule to pick up all your left overs and take off your hands! We also accept donations of larger items such as cars, boats, motorcycles and other vehicles. All donations are tax deductible.
